I love Ms. Kim! She and the gentleman that works with her gave us a great experience. She was very informative and punctual. This was my first time using her services and everything was awesome, this will not be the last.
We've been customers since 2010 and have seen the place go through different owners. With each new owner, the service and quality we receive on our dry cleaning and alterations has remained the same-impeccable. The current owners are super sweet and I've never had an issue. Prices have gone up but so has everything else so that is never an issue.
I met a friend a PAK Cleaners after asking for a recommendation of a place to get alterations done. I took two pair of jeans my wife had bought for me that were too long. I had even thought about buying a sewing machine and trying to do it myself, but thanks to my friend Bryce I don’t have to consider that anymore because PAK Cleaners in my opinion do excellent work.
