The staff here are soooo friendly and kind. I was a walk-in today but was seen right away! Airaina did an in-depth assessment of my hair and I am super confident I landed at the right salon!!!!

I love the staff and the owner!! They have such welcoming spirits and are focused on making sure that all clients have a personable and positive experience. I've learned some much about good hair care and like that the environment is both inviting and peaceful!#locjourney

As someone who has tried several of "the best" in town, this is the best in town. From the customer service to entire environment and process that is unmatched. I like that they do not have me rushing through the shop questioning the shampooing or quality of retwist or style. One of a kind vibe in the city that clearly is often imitated around town but never duplicated. They have a lifetime customer now.
