I can't praise this company enough. From the initial call to the visit and repair was exceptionally. I especially would like to take my hat off to the young man Matthew who did the work. I am a returning citizen of Cumberland County and it does my heart good to know that I have a company I can depend on when needed. Thank you for a job well done. Will definitely be calling on you again.

Sam was the technician that came out to perform the action and was highly professional throughout the install. From the time I called to when the request was serviced was one day. The tech (Sam) performed all actions based on my requests/directions and install was conducted efficiently and in a timely manner. Note: I provided the video doorbell and the replacement doorbell transformer.

Had an excellent experience with Sam P. I had an electrical issue that had been plaguing my home for months. I hired a handyman who was able to temporarily fix the issue and then it returned worse as ever. We ended up contacting MidSouth who was able to put us in on the schedule within one business day. Sam came out and spent nearly 2 hours chasing the electric map to figure out where the real problem was. He answered questions, was polite and extremely knowledgeable. After figuring out that the whole problem started with a short I’m a garage light, he was able to restore power back to the house and tested everything prior to leaving.
