We have a contract with HomeTeam Pest Defense for our termite protection as well as preventative pest control and we love them. Not only do they provide excellent service but they are also so friendly. They always stop to talk to us if we are home and on every service report they leave a personalized note. Yesterday our new rescue pup and I were in the yard playing when the tech, Chris Blackwell, came. On the report we got this morning he said "I like your new dog, she is so pretty." Isn't that sweet?! Last time they complimented what we have done with the back porch and patio. It's the little things like that that make a difference.
