I live 230 miles from my 95 year old Aunt who lives alone. Home Instead does her grocery shopping, picks up prescriptions and runs any other errands needed. I visit once a month but Home Instead is my eyes and ears each week. The office staff is wonderful and I cannot say enough good about the individual that attends to my aunt’s needs.
Excellent experience in selecting a caregiver agency and beginning home care for a family member. Staff has been very helpful, and our initial times with Home Instead’s caregiver in our home have been better than we could have hoped for.
As a former employee of Home Instead I have nothing but great things to say. If it wasn't for my personal life forcing me to relocate I would still be there today. From the top down the priority is taking care of the clients and creating a positive and inclusive work environment. I looked forward going to work there every day!
