The worst optometric clinic doctors that I have EVER encountered in my 34 years of going to the optometric clinic. Very unprofessional, the worst bedside manner, problems with my prescription. They will never get another dime from me! I wish I could give a negative star.

It was a very friendly and open environment. But my experience had been dreadful, because I've been waiting a month for my glasses and was told it'll be another month . Also I've been to so many optometrist and never have I had to pay to get my measurements. When I asked my aunt she said she never had to pay for her measurements with this place. Hope this helps someone.

Takes forever to get your lenses back once ordered. Once I received my new lenses I let them know immediately that something was right and that my head was hurting and I can't see long distance anymore, but I was told to wait two weeks to let the new lenses adjust to my eyes. After about a week the lenses still didn't adjust, I'm taking Tylenol everyday due to really bad headaches that I didn't have prior to the new lenses. So I let the reps know that I can't do it something isn't right. I asked to speak with the doctor there who wrote the prescription just to see if maybe the exam was off. I was told that I would have to pay like $50 to get that check. However, they did adjust my glasses because they said it was lined up wrong with my pupil, however I noticed that my glasses appeared crooked on my face afterwards. It wasn't long after I noticed the same headache. So I paid to get a new prescription from a different place. Ends up the prescription of Better Vision was completely off so I asked Better Vision to replace the lenses with the new prescription. They did, however when the lenses finally came in the medicine was put in incorrectly so they had to send it back to the lab to have them redo it. By this time I'm like 5 months from the original exam and still no resolution. One day I happened to put on my sunglasses that had a 2018 prescription and it felt like a weight had been lifted off my shoulder I mean I could see so clear it was crazy. So I go back in to Better Vision and explain to them I'll just rather have my old prescription because although it may be a little off I don't get the headaches as often and I can see the road signs a lot better. I was told that it had been too long and that they had already switched my glasses out twice and that I would have to pay again for new lenses. Mind you I've worn glasses for years now and this was the most I've ever paid for lenses and now they are asking me to pay again and it's not even guaranteed their lenses will not have issues as I've been experiencing again. The only reason I didn't just go somewhere else to get lenses was due to paying so much for the ones that never worked for me. A friend of mine mom was telling me about this new place she had went that she will never use again and just how expensive her lenses were and she was having issues with her vision too. So I finally asked her where did she go and you would not believe it was Better Vision. We had been talking about a very similar experience and didn't know we both went to the same place for our vision check and the purchase of our lenses. I would say they have a variety of very nice frames however, what good is the frames if you can't see or have to take pain meds every day due to the lenses. This was a very stressful situation I'm over a year in and the issue still hasn't been resolved.
