I would like to thank Ms. Candace for her ability to listen to me pertaining to the concerns for the shower curtains in the men's shower. She made the changes ASAP and the improvement was a success to reduce the growth of mold and mildew on the shower curtains. It appears she went a step farther and weekly we have a new set of shower curtains and liners. Thank you for your ability to work with customers and listen to our concerns.
On July 20-27 the towels in the men’s locker room was nearly empty everyday while Mr.B.Madyum was on leave. This week he was back at work and there was plenty of towels on the shelf. It appears that he is the only one who is capable of washing and restocking towels for the members to use. There was other males working while he was out, but they think towel washing is beneath them. Health Plex needs more staff like Mr.B.
I absolutely love this gym. It’s clean, the machines are plentiful, great and updated, fresh towels, sauna, steam room, swimming pool, basketball gym, awesome classes, and so many benefits to the gym it’s worth every penny. I began going here after I had my baby 10 years ago. The childcare center is topnotch. Even though I stopped going for years when I came back all of the women in the center remembered my son. I have made friends here with the same fitness goals through the workout classes. My favorite was the step class and the Yoga class with Mr. Andreas. He no longer does Yoga there.
