Went over everything and answered all of our questions, many that we didn't even ask. We exchanged pictures of our home and he covered every nook and cranny making sure everything was covered. Then steps onto the scene, Howard Sr., to put the icing on the cake; and I mean that literally. He is one of the sweetest kindest people that we ever had the pleasure of meeting. He was like talking to a long lost friend. He treated us like we knew each other for year; all while being very professional and doing the job that he came to do, never skipping a beat.
