In this day and time it is very hard to find honest and caring individuals. That is exactly what I found in Will from FN Lockout Services in Fayetteville, NC. My back kitchen door lock was stuck and I was unable to go out to my carport or laundry room. I contacted the company and Will came out immediately. He worked on a very difficult situation. Working diligently to get the door open. Realizing I was a senior citizen with many mobility issues. His caring concern touched my heart in a way I can't explain.
