I conducted my initial appointment a couple of weeks ago. I had a follow up scheduled for today but wasn’t able to keep the appointment. I came into the office at 7:50 to see if I could be seen in the morning for the five minute conversation that a follow up appointment requires, no availability. Probably shouldn’t advertise you accept walk-ins if you don’t indeed accept walk-ins. rescheduled my appointment. If there was anything wrong with my labs I won’t know until the follow up because the provider doesn’t make phone calls. As a VA community care referral patient I’m definitely disappointed in the level of care and access provided by this urgent care clinic.
DO NOT GO HERE!! Rude. Disrespectful. Lazy. They do not follow through on anything. Multiple referrals cancelled due to mistakes. Take a look at the reviews and know that they are there for a reason.
Go literally anywhere else. Tried telling me I don’t get to choose what services I get done lol. I told her I’m not doing blood work, I was there for a hurt wrist. Because I said I’m not wasting time with drug tests and blood work, she said “I don’t think I’m going to take care of you”, like alright woman. You’re a business regardless of what you think. You don’t get to charge my insurance for whatever you want just because it doesn’t cost me anything.
