I believe we should spend as much time telling people about the great things companies do as we spend complaining. This was a great opportunity to do just that. The manager, Nicole, and Amy, the representative who answers the phone, bent over backwards to help my son after he hit a piece of debris on the interstate not far from their shop. They treated him like he was one of their own family who had been in an accident away from home. In this day of overseas customer service and automated everything, I can’t say enough about this organization and their staff. If you have any doubts, bring your vehicle here. You’ll find integrity and honesty in every interaction.
Fayetteville Collision is awesome! Cole was absolutely the best estimator! Caring, honest and very professional! Had my vehicle in for warranty repainting (by Lee Hyundai - which is also awesome). They did an amazing job getting my door fixed after the service department at fayetteville dodge scratched the paint on my door. I dropped it off on a Monday around noon and by Tuesday afternoon my door was repainted and ready to go!
