Chris Lovelace has been doing my hair for 5+ years. She absolutely does an amazing job but most importantly, she LISTENS. She talks me through any change or process and I’ve never felt more trust in a stylist. She has transformed my hair and helped me to keep it healthy while looking great.. all that aside she is a fun person and a great time while sitting in the chair. We all know that can be time consuming so to have a stylist make sure you’re not only comfortable, but also take interest and make conversation is wonderful. She’s very knowledgeable and skilled in her profession and I look forward to my visits with her.

I've been getting my hair done at the West Fayetteville Fantastic Sam's location for several months now. My stylist is Chris. She is very knowledgeable about all things hair related from care, styling, and maintenance to using various products. I can't say enough good things about this location. It literally is one of THE best locations. The manager Jo is awesome as well. She is super friendly and always has a smile on her face to greet you when you walk in. Everyone is so courteous and makes you feel at home. Top notch customer service at this location.
