Swedish Massage Before my appointment with Elyse, I had only been to spas designed for a retreat-like massage experience. I was unsure of how much I would enjoy a therapeutic massage without the extravagant oasis environment. I was pleasantly surprised. The massage I received from Elyse was exactly what my body needed. Her ability to locate, manipulate and soften the muscles that needed the most attention was excellent. Welcome! My name is Elyse Parrish. My massage practice is located at Triangle Rock Club in Fayetteville, NC. I have a bachelors degree in Health and Wellness Promotion through UNC-Asheville, am a Licensed Massage Therapist, and a Registered Yoga Teacher. I completed my educational and licensing requirements as well as additional training in advanced techniques and assessment through Sandhills Community College in 2018. I currently offer a variety of massage modalities which compliment relaxation and outcome based therapy. Each appointment is created to meet your needs. I incorporate aromatherapy and cupping, gentle to deeper pressure and include Swedish, Reflexology, Lomi Lomi, Lymphatic Drainage, and MFR techniques.
