Dodson Pest Control provides excellent service, as noted by customers who appreciate the helpfulness and dedication of their staff. Kevin Boyer did an awesome job explaining the services needed to protect homes from icky pests, and he was very pleasant and personable. He took care of all the spider webs outside so the spiders have no place to live at this address any longer. Michael Holliman is a really good technician, and he makes sure customers are well took care of, giving them the ends and outs of things they can do for preventative measures. Ernest E Heath III is a fine person to work for Dodson Pest Control. Dodson Pest Control is recommended for its effective pest management and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Jordan called me before servicing my home as I had asked Dodson to do. He arrived a little earlier than I expected, which was fine and introduced himself as this was the first time he had serviced my home. Apparently, he is in training because he had a supervisor with him and the supervisor hardly spoke at all during the time they were at my home. Jordan sprayed the inside first asking if it was okay for him to enter certain rooms. He was polite and professional during his entire visit. After servicing the inside, he moved to the outside and sprayed the perimeter of my home. In the past I have had very good service personnel and some I questioned. Michael hollimon Has been my technician for years now, I'm quite satisfied with him. He does a good job, he makes sure that I'm well took care of gives me the ends and out of things that I can do for preventative measures. When I had issues he Hel me the best of you could and actually try to solve the problems for me. He's a really good technician. My family uses him. We enjoy him all of us.
