Patients generally report not having to wait long, although wait times may vary. The team is recommended for employment-related testing, such as DOT drug and alcohol tests. Overall, Concentra Urgent Care is a reliable option for urgent care needs. The physical therapists at Concentra Urgent Care are wonderful and willing to help. They are not overbearing or pressuring patients into physical therapy if it causes pain. The doctor at this location is described as absolutely amazing, and the staff is consistently polite and welcoming. While one patient experienced an unusually long wait, most report a smooth and positive experience, with the staff being praised as valuable assets to the company.
So, I visited Concentra Urgent Care for a DOT drug screening and a DOT physical. Everything went well from checking in to walking out. The only thing I could complain about is the time it took the doctor to make it over to me. I believe it was a hard 45 mins. Maybe an hour, but that was the least out of the entire visit. I was treated with friendly service and care from start to finish. My doctor was female, and personally I feel a little uncomfortable with women performing physicals on men, but no parts had to be pulled out and nothing had to be exposed for this physical, so I was perfectly fine. The staff was friendly, quick, and professional.
I was in for a drug test. Random drug test. I was in and out quickly. The procedure was, it's efficient (no needless waiting around) transparent (I was informed of everything that was happening, I could see everything that was happening, and everything was explained to me as it was happening). The facility was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.
