My daughter and I walked in for several piercings in our ears. We felt welcomed, they called for Todd and he came right out and took care of us. It was quick, relatively pain free, and the price was very fair. My daughter was a little in her head and needed to sit an extra minute afterwards and he did an awesome job of talking to her to calm and distract her, never making her feel embarrassed. Id like to thank Todd for piercing my daughter’s ears. The whole process was extremely professional and swift. We were in and out in 20 mins. He was gentle and patient with our daughter even when she cried. He also gave us detailed after care instructions and recommendations. It was an excellent experience. Thanks Todd.
