I just received my son’s elementary school pictures, and I am honestly blown away. This was the first time our school used this company, and I’ll admit—I was a little skeptical at first. But wow… they completely exceeded my expectations.
The photos came out absolutely beautiful and stunning. The quality, the lighting, and the way they captured his personality—it’s by far the best school picture we’ve ever had. You can tell they really care about what they do. ***And to be honest, I did not mind the wait since I understand they are a locally owned company and production team is smaller; but these pictures are stunning.
I can see after deciding to leave a review of my experience today, I’m not the only one who’s had issues with this studio. This actually was the same studio that handled all my school photos/senior pictures YEARS AGO, so when I found out they were the studio handling my sons school pics, I thought wow, that’s pretty cool. Unfortunately, I’ve had issues two years in a row. Last year our photos were badly messed up with markings on the photos which they did replace but this year it was a customer service issue.
