I can see after deciding to leave a review of my experience today, I’m not the only one who’s had issues with this studio. This actually was the same studio that handled all my school photos/senior pictures YEARS AGO, so when I found out they were the studio handling my sons school pics, I thought wow, that’s pretty cool. Unfortunately, I’ve had issues two years in a row. Last year our photos were badly messed up with markings on the photos which they did replace but this year it was a customer service issue. Wow, the customer service was absolutely fantastic! I called about some lost school pictures, and within a few hours, Ms. Bethany had my kids’ pictures printed and ready for me to pick up. I’m so grateful!
This company is taking photos for a school that my family attends. I've never in my life heard a photography place not sending proofs & you have to PREPAY for pictures you haven't yet viewed. I do not care that you can retake them at the studio if they don't like them. That is not convenient & waste a lot of the individual's time that is not an ideal solution. This is not a family friendly option. It sounds very MONEY hungry on the business part. I am very UPSET that I even have to purchase pictures through this vendor to support them.
