THE STAFF WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL & COURTEOUS. I DIDN'T HAVE A LONG WAIT TIME & WAS IN & OUT TIMELY. THE STAFF PEOPLE I WAS IN CONTACT WITH WERE VERY RESPONSIVE TO QUESTIONS & HAD ANSWERS TO ALL MY QUESTIONS.
I had a wonderful experience with my anesthesiologist, my surgery was very successful except the person who performed my surgery had began to act very weird, not returning my messages when I asked questions regarding the after care and pain after my surgery. I felt like that was very unprofessional and very unacceptable. No apology was ever issued, No nothing. Management apologized on that surgeons behalf, I still feel like that’s very sad.
I met with Dr. Annamaneni at his office and he was very thorough in explaining my upcoming procedure. He performed the surgery this week and it went very well. The entire staff was very kind.
