I was in a car accident a little over 13 months ago, I have been struggling with back and knee pain ever since. I called Cape Fear Physical medicine and rehab to schedule an appointment for help with the pain. They were quick to get me in, ordered an x ray of both my back and knee and saw me again a week later. Dr.Abbasinejad went over my xrays and decided an injection would be best. Wonderful office with very friendly staff that help with pain management and can do procedures for knees, back and if you have migraines can assist with Botox injections to help with relief of that. I really like their ivy weightloss program, the PA is really nice and the MA and front desk staff are so sweet and helpful. Really recommend this practice!
