Stranded w/my ‘09 BMW 335i mid-way from FL to CT leaking a waterfall of coolant and overnighted in Fayetteville. My son in Austin TX searched for area repair shops and found Alemania and they took me at 8:30 AM next morning. Found the culprit hose, found a match from their inventory and installed but told me I shouldn’t leave until they diagnosed the water pump, which is electric and had been running without coolant and have been damaged. An additional 10 minutes on computer diagnostics and all checked out OK. It was under an hour and I was ready to go and confident of the repair.

Carlos at Alemania is always helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable about Eurocars. His services on my Mini Cooper S were always fast, reasonably priced, and fixed the problem the first time. He often gave me advice on personal maintenance to keep it running well and avoid other issues.
