So, I needed some roof repairs (not a complete roof) and it was very difficult to find someone that a) had this sorta expertise, b) was willing to troubleshoot to find the leaks. c) would not charge for a full roof replacement just to do some repairs. and d) was honest, punctual, and knowledgeable. You are probably thinking...yeah, in a perfect world! Well, I must live in a perfect world because I found Mr. Joseph Tonet and his team of the best roofers in this area. Upon request, Joe came to my home and after some thorough inspection, some education and explanations, he gave me an estimate that I could live with. Joe and his team were at my home when promised and completed the job the same day. They provided pictures of before and after. Only one day after completion, we experienced a soaking rain complete with high winds. I inspected the ceilings and found one area that developed a new leak. I called Joe and the next day he was on the roof and discovered an area of shingles not nailed down properly. They fixed the shingles, looked the roof over again and we have gone through several more downpours without incident. Joe, I cannot thank you, Merle, and Lee enough for the piece of mind you have provided my wife and I. Folks, if you are in need of a new roof or just repairs, call Mr. Tonet and his team. We just had Advanced Roofing Solutions re-roof our auto repair shop in Fayetteville. Joe and his entire crew did an amazing job, were very polite and professional, and were very reasonably priced. (They even did it on the weekend so as to not interrupt our business). We got estimates and interviewed 4 or 5 other roofing companies before we met Joe and we didn't feel nearly as comfortable with any of them like we did instantly when we met Joe. I don't normally make recommendations, but I highly recommend Joe and his crew for any roofing needs you may have.
