I called Kevin and left a message and he called me back in about 10 minutes. I explained the problem with our dryer to him over the phone and he told me then what the likely cause was. We set up an appointment for the following day. He texted me the next morning with a time and was even able to be flexible when I couldn't make the first time he suggested. Once he got to the house he verified that his over-the-phone diagnosis was the correct one and repaired the issue, all within about 30 minutes. Great experience with this company. Called to set up an appointment, my availability was accommodated. The day of, Kevin even called to confirm the time and to let me know he was on his way. Awesome! Problem with washer was diagnosed and I got on with my day. Honest/trustworthy/detail oriented repairmen. 100% would recomend to anyone looking for washer/dryer repair
