I had an issue paying at the machine & Manda one of the employees was so patient & kind enough to let me use her cash app card to pay since I only had tap! Noted next time bring my card!!

Today was one of those days where whatever could go wrong...went wrong. My crazy day continued when I got to 5 Star Express Car Wash. First, my window wouldn't go back up after asking a question of the attendant, my temporary paper tag (YES...that I forgot to remove) came off during the wash. And, last but not least, I thought I'd lost my ID credentials down the car wash's reservoir (when I exited my car too quickly prior to the wash) in an attempt to get that stupid widow back up before moving on with the car wash...WHEW! Theresa,She was a Great PERSON with a personality that makes you smile..I appreciate the Time She took to ask about Me if I was a Member or wanted to be? Also gave Me air freshener as a gift for being a Member , I assume but that was a Great jester to even present Me with something like that... Awesome ?...I felt like a True Champion and still do ...Thanks to Her and this Company for having Her here, present..God Bless that young lady and everything that will present Her in a form of excellence that may get Her further down this road with a bigger opportunities for her...She acts as if she owns this business so great for Her to have so much compassion and energy with...read full review
