We were very pleased with the work the Tree Monkeys did. Straightforward from start to finish - prompt, free estimate, good communication, work was done on time and they cleaned everything up really well. Very professional - highly recommend!

This company came out to our house a few months after Hurricane Helene to look at a tree that we thought was leaning after the storm, and to perform a general canopy cleanup and trim on the trees in our yard. Their advice was that we did not need to remove the tree that we were concerned about, and their quote to clean up the trees was right in like with the other 2 we received. I feel strongly that they were knowledgeable about the health of the trees and they did not try to push us into services we did not need. Our only small issue was that they had to push our schedule back a few times, but after the third time, their scheduling person provided a little more information... read full review

Excellent service and hold true to their word. Hired them a year or so ago to take down a few trees and restore our views- the crew was incredibly friendly, worked quickly, and put safety first. Communicated well throughout the process, and very obviously liked their jobs. Very knowledgeable about trees and tree health.
What stood out to me was the follow up on their service. There were a few limbs we weren’t completely happy with, and they came back a few weeks later and cleaned them up, even though we had paid in full/signed off the job was done. There was absolutely no obligation on their part to do it, but they did. They stand behind their work... read full review
