This company came out to our house a few months after Hurricane Helene to look at a tree that we thought was leaning after the storm, and to perform a general canopy cleanup and trim on the trees in our yard. Their advice was that we did not need to remove the tree that we were concerned about, and their quote to clean up the trees was right in like with the other 2 we received. I feel strongly that they were knowledgeable about the health of the trees and they did not try to push us into services we did not need. Excellent service and hold true to their word. Hired them a year or so ago to take down a few trees and restore our views- the crew was incredibly friendly, worked quickly, and put safety first. Communicated well throughout the process, and very obviously liked their jobs. Very knowledgeable about trees and tree health.
What stood out to me was the follow up on their service. There were a few limbs we weren’t completely happy with, and they came back a few weeks later and cleaned them up, even though we had paid in full/signed off the job was done. Just wanted to give feedback on a job well done. Perfect time frame for a decent priced estimate. The crew was polite and respectful to us and our property. They went above and beyond expectations on removing trees below and above our electric drop line.
