I own an older house in Dunn, NC and wanted to upgrade the very old ductwork in order to increase the efficiency of the HVAC unit. The E & J Team came by and evaluated the situation. As it turns out, I not only needed the ductwork changed, but the house itself had some serious problems that compromised its structural integrity. In short, the problem quickly escalated from bad to worse. The E & J Team could have walked away from this one, but no...they took on this job and fixed all the problems. They worked hard and were very professional. They communicated openly with me throughout the entire process and were always very friendly and courteous. E & J is a top notch operation and I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you E & J !!!
I cannot say enough good things about E&J Heating & Cooling. They are professional from beginning to end. The technicians were concerned about safety and arrived wearing masks. Additionally the technicians were professional, courteous, and did a thorough job. Their pricing is competitive and customer service is top notch. I highly recommend this company!
