If you live in the west side of the county, I highly recommend Movement4Life for Physical Therapy. They are extremely knowledgeable and have been very helpful to me with my shoulder issues. My PT person there is Sarah.
So when I was 10 years old, I had a horse fall on top of me. It broke my femur bone and placed me in a body cast for 6 months. Eventually, things healed and all seemed well; oh how I miss the days of being young and able to bounce back from all most anything. Then I turned 25 and started a family. 8 months into my pregnancy, the pain started. First in my mid spine, then it slowly crept its way through my upper spine and into my neck.
