Our beach condo has old polybutylene water lines and inevitably the fittings will start to leak. Noticing a leak about our front bathroom I decided to get a friend close by to refer a plumber but, was told it may be a week or more before they could get to me. I took a shot in the dark and contacted Pipeline based on their reviews and can say they did a phenomenal job. I'd hope that everyone in Pipeline is as great as these two technicians are. These two deserve recognition and praise for the job they do. Jason & Jon came the next day and called ahead like I had asked. I let them know what the deal was and the location of the leak, super attentive to what I was asking and man they killed it. These guys located, cut sheet rock necessary, made repair and left literally no mess. I can't tell you just how thankful I am for that! I've seen such janky work done over the years working in the plumbing industry myself. The sheet rock was cut near perfect so making the wall repair will be a piece of cake. The price paid for the repair was right within where I was expecting considering all service calls are time and material. I received the invoice later that week and was able to give payment over the phone which I really appreciate too. I hate that I was already back home and not there when the repair was made so I could leave them a tip. They really did good solid job. Most definitely will be reaching out to them again when an issue pops up. Thank you guys again!
