She also provides grout samples to help choose the perfect color. The owner, Matt, was quick to provide an estimate, communicated well, and was easy to work with. John’s craftsmanship was outstanding; he built a full-length shower niche that looks amazing and is tall enough to hold even the largest shampoo bottles. The team communicated with customers every step of the way, answering all questions and helping bring vision to life. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. Customers were extremely pleased and highly recommend Isle Tile and Flooring, noting the service, pricing, and completion of projects were excellent.
We recently discovered this little business right here on the island in Emerald Isle. I had been searching for flooring and pricing…finally sweet “Melissa” at Isle & Tile helped to solve my problem. They have more choices in this little store than many larger stores! I highly recommend Isle & Tile based upon our experience with the service, pricing and completion of this project. Melissa helped pick out the tile and grout for our kitchen backsplash . It was perfect!! John was very professional and the install and grout looks wonderful. We are extremely pleased with Isle Tile and would highly recommend and use their services again.
Melissa and her husband were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, answering all of our questions and helping bring our vision to life. They communicated with us every step of the way. They had tile samples I was able to take home so I could see how they looked in the room before making a final decision.
Melissa also provided grout samples to help me choose the perfect color. It was very easy to schedule them to come out to our home to make sure the herringbone pattern we wanted would work with the tile we selected and the space we were tiling. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made the entire experience easy and enjoyable.
