Emerald Isle was a dream to work with. So quick to respond and schedule! Josh was very knowledgeable and kind and did a fantastic job with our home. We noticed a leak a couple days later that ended up being unrelated to their work - but he still came out same day to check it out and noticed a loose nail that he went ahead and fixed for us. 10/10 for service standards. It is easy to talk to George & Elena, husband & wife owners.
We had a situation when we requested them to check on the house due to guests' claiming that they smelled rotten egg coming from the water. George & Elena happily went to the house to check if guests' claim was true. It was not.
We have been "in a bind" and have asked George/Elena to replace batteries of the fire alarm, fridge filter, etc.
