These guys were beyond amazing. I just bought a house and was here less than a month when my waste water pipes backed up. It had been a rough year and I pretty much panicked. They showed up and literally worked all hours in the heat for two days not only repairing my lines but replacing them. They are honest, very hard working and wouldn't let me pay anything until the job was done. I, also, liked that they explained to me everything that was happening, every step of the way and what my options were. I highly recommend them and give them not only five stars but five +++.
JT plumbing has honestly beena God send for us. They are reliable, friendly, punctual, fairly priced, and efficient with their fixes. They constantly go the extra mile to ensure you are more than satisfied with their service. We have had them do everything in our house from backed up main line sewer drains (thanks to Lumos destroying our main line..) to routine sink leaks, to replacing a natural gas hot water tank. Special shout-out to Matt, our primary contact guy. He always calls ahead before he arrives and does the job with a smile on his face. Excellent!!!!!! They responded 8 a.m. the morning after I left a msg. They came right away, replaced the well pump and gave me a fair price. I couldn't be happier to have found them and I will definitely refer them.
