Called today at lunch and was able to get an appointment for this afternoon. Dakota was the technician and was very professional and explained what was going on and he fixed all the issues. So very happy my friends Michael and Barbara Mabe recommend this company. Had other companies to tell me I needed a new unit but still working strong for us. Will definitely be calling them back when I need service. Thank you for being honest and upfront with your customers.

Great service and great techs. They figured out a problem caused by another hvac company that I believe attempted to destroy my unit. I am very happy with them and I will continue to use them in the future. And the original problem with my hvac system was a burnt heater coil the other company gave me a $300 higher price to replace then ellerbe hvac.
I strongly recommend ellerbe over any other company in the area.
