Extremely welcoming and friendly gym. Cheap classes and an even cheaper membership with a variety of machines. Hours are great and staff are really friendly. Beats a planet fitness by a landslide!
I am so excited the pool has reopened. this facility and caring staff helped me get back on my feet after I suffered a mini stroke TIA and had excruciating back pain from degenerative discs. The group of ladies were especially helpful when I was unexpectedly widowed.
Yes I would recommend the Hugh Chatham Wellness Center. A couple of quick reasons come to mind, it makes tracking progress easier for our wellness program. Music is on most of the time and friendly helpful staff! Josh and team will ask about your specific individual goals and how they may help you reach them!
