Many patients have been with the practice since they were babies and have built long-term relationships with the doctors, especially noting the care provided by Dr. Walker. However, some patients have mentioned that the practice is experiencing a high volume of patients, making it harder to get same-day appointments and causing delays. Despite this, the staff remains supportive and attentive, ensuring patients feel valued and heard.

I have been here since moving to the area in 2020. I still like them but I will warn any new patients that they are drowning in more patients than they can handle. Getting appointments is getting harder and harder, I have yet to be able to get a same day appointment for sickness. (Even though they advertise it’s possible).
The system is unfortunately falling behind the demand. It’s pretty old school.
Hopefully they can up their system so it can get better and not worse.
I have been a patient of EPAM for many years and all 3 of my children are also patients here. The members of this sweet Christian staff are always smiling and helpful with all questions and appointments needs and the light and friendly atmosphere is always warm and welcoming.
