I recently used Whimsical Florist & Gifts for my aunt's funeral, and I am beyond impressed with their service. The flowers they delivered were absolutely beautiful, reflecting the love and respect we wanted to convey. Each arrangement was thoughtfully designed and fresh, adding a touch of elegance to a solemn occasion.
What stood out even more was their outstanding customer service. From my initial inquiry to the final delivery, Mr. Maurice and his staff was compassionate, understanding, and extremely helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, accommodating our specific requests and providing timely updates.
I NEEDED A GORGEOUS ARRANGEMENT YESTERDAY 4 MY MOTHER-IN-LAWS BIRTHDAY & THEY DELIVERED!!! LOOK AT THE COLOR VARIATIONS, THE HEIGHT & WIDTH!! I WOULD'VE NEVER GOTTEN THIS @ 1-800-FLOWERS FOR UNDER $120.00!!! AND I PAID 1/2 OF THAT 4 THIS!!! VERY GRATEFUL ? & EXTREMELY IMPRESSED. THE BEST PART WAS I CALLED @ 1:30P.M. IN SUCH A PANIC.
