Global Realty has always come through for us over the years. We've been back in the local area for little over a year now. Ken and Jessica went out of their way to find us a property in our price range and in a quick time frame. We're picky about maintenance and upkeep and have found a few things previous tenants missed reporting but these guys have quickly jumped on any repairs and continue to chase contractors for the repairs through to completion. One has to stop and read negative reviews well; consider the sources and caliber of tenants writing them; and even sometimes read between the lines contemplating that maybe, just maybe, disgruntled renters might be that way because they had a hard time living up to their end of the contracted agreements. We will always recommend Global Realty to anyone that asks! :)

My wife and I bought a place at Camp Clearwater Elizabethtown NC. Ken and his staff were TERRIFIC to work with. Not only did he take care of us as a buyer, but also represented the sellers well-being also.
