The gentlemen let us look around inside some of the homes even though it was past hours and he needed to go to a meeting. The model homes were beautiful the gentleman was extremely knowledgeable as to his products.

After visiting all the homes we visited I told my husband Mr. Cromartie would be where we would purchase our home...Mr. Cromartie was a very business and professional man and explained to us what he could do for us and he fulfilled our dreams, told us everything from start to finish and got us our beautiful home. I’ve had the best experience at this business. When I drove by I turned around and decided to stop by. I went in just from some information because I’m looking for a home and the lady at the front desk was very polite and Mr. Cromartie was full of information!! Even though I wasn’t ready to buy he still took his time to help me with information on my credit, buying a house, and the process. I will be returning soon for a home! Thumbs up Mr. Cromartie!
