Great communication, booking was easy via phone, they were around 5-10 minutes early for scheduled appointment and extremely professional! My carpet is now squeaky clean. Had a carpet cleaning nightmare for them! They arrived promptly and did what I can best describe as a miraculous job, blending treated areas right into the rest of the carpet. Preston told us it was possible that some of the stains might not be eradicated when the carpet dried, and they came back promptly to address the two small areas which remained.
