The service man came right away and was polite, respectful and kind. He was also very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. I would highly recommend ProTow. They will be sure to take care of you in a timely and professional manner.
Emailed Pro Tow late night and got a quick response, quote, and friendly phone call with ETA to my location. Driver was on time to the minute, was upbeat, friendly. I was stuck on the side of the highway during rush hour. Bobby came to tow my car. He was professional and personable. I appreciated he made me feel comfortable in a stressful situation. Great response time. Will use again (hopefully won’t need a tow) if needed.
