My son Michael had an appointment scheduled for 1:35 pm, but Amy was able to personally assist him over an hour earlier than his scheduled appointment slot. Amy asked about the hair style he wanted. He was undecided so she took the time to look up ideas for his age group on Pinterest and found a haircut that she thought would suit Michael. Michael was happy with the idea and is even happier with the results. Thank you so much to Amy for the accommodation and suggestions!

Chantel is AMAZING. Her personality, skill, customer service is all top notch!! She gives my daughter exactly what she wants and makes her feel like a queen while doing it!
