I’ve been to Gateway Health twice now, and I’m extremely disappointed. There is no real doctor—you walk into the exam room and there’s just a laptop sitting on the exam table. That’s it. No actual physician ever sees you.
They refuse to prescribe medications I’ve been safely taking for years, and getting even basic refills feels like pulling teeth. It’s shocking and frankly dangerous how disconnected their “care” is from real patient needs.
I would not recommend Gateway Health to anyone who actually needs proper medical attention. Look elsewhere.

This place has no scheduled help they scheduled you then they say you don’t have appointment, then people that work they stay wanna get rude with like you’re expose to stay quite! I will be looking for new doctors and place to go due to fact the let employees do and say what they please

Been waiting over a year to get answers on referrals. Just sent more out Lil while ago still nothing. Been in pain and only gets worse. If you need refills or script wrong just may as well get appt cause you're not gonna get by calling.
