“We were clients for many years. We had a shihtsu/losaopsu(spell check) that insisted on being a farm dog and would roll in mud, grass, deer poo, and trash. Missy girl would come in matted and muddy every time. So we kept missy short cut as much as we could. Missy lived to be 15 years old. And for about a year we kept saying hey this may be her last appointment. Finally the years and health had taken its toll. And we were certain she was only gonna last a few weeks. We called and made an appointment. I gave her a bath at home, To keep her stress down I stayed with her and kept her calm during her appointment. You were so kind and gentle with her. You gave her every bit of love she needed and deserved. Thank you for taking care of our little goblin dog all those years. We miss her. And thank you for helping us with her end of life care.”
