“I have been taking my first dog to Silver Paws for years for boarding/grooming & always have had an amazing experience with them. Staff is always extremely friendly & help alleviate my anxiety leaving a dog behind. Sometime later I adopted 2 more dogs & had to board all 3 for a long period due to unforeseen circumstances. The owner was incredibly understanding to my situation & went above & beyond for me & my animals. Tommy gave me updates/pictures frequently & was great ab making sure the dogs all had their supplements restocked as needed. I received all my dogs healthy & happy as can be. I am incredibly worrisome when it comes to my dogs & him along w the staff helped me have peace of mind. I have had zero issues over the span of 5 years using Silver Paws & will continue to use them as long as I have animals. They are an amazing place !!“

“We were clients for many years. We had a shihtsu/losaopsu(spell check) that insisted on being a farm dog and would roll in mud, grass, deer poo, and trash. Missy girl would come in matted and muddy every time. So we kept missy short cut as much as we could. Missy lived to be 15 years old. And for about a year we kept saying hey this may be her last appointment. Finally the years and health had taken its toll. And we were certain she was only gonna last a few weeks. We called and made an appointment. I gave her a bath at home, To keep her stress down I stayed with her and kept her calm during her appointment. You were so kind and gentle with her. You gave her every bit of love she needed and deserved. Thank you for taking care of our little goblin dog all those years. We miss her. And thank you for helping us with her end of life care.“
