Eden Veterinary Hospital is a kind and caring place for animals. They provide helpful advice for at-home care, such as suggesting a Dawn dishwashing liquid bath to remove fleas from a stray kitten. The veterinarians take their time to address all concerns and ensure that appointments are not rushed. They show great concern for their patients' well-being, as well as for the owners during difficult times. The hospital is staffed with compassionate and patient individuals who go above and beyond to comfort and care for both the animals and their owners. The staff is very kind, polite, knowledgeable, and caring. They are super sweet to the dogs who have been patients there since birth. Dr. Boothe takes the time to talk through any issues. Lisa is always quick to address any issue and manage the dogs' care with unmatched excellence. They have been a vet for over 5 years and have always taken good care of the dog. A previous experience, when they had to have a dog put to sleep due to cancer, really impressed them. The veterinarian prayed for all of them as he soothed the fur baby and put her to sleep. Such compassion is rare and very needed in times like that. They highly recommend Eden Veterinary to anyone who truly cares about the health of their pets. They are the best! They can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Jerry and his staff. They are so kind and caring! They had to put a 16-year-old baby down and the amount of kindness and support they gave the fiance and owner was so appreciated in such a terrible time. He was truly made to take care of animals and they can't thank him enough for his kindness and everything he and his staff has done for them. He's also currently taking care of the other fur baby and they will never take their dogs anywhere else! Overall, Eden Veterinary Hospital is a wonderful place for animals to receive quality care and for owners to feel supported and informed.
I would like to give a recomendation. I can't say enough good things about Eden Vet Hospital - Veterinarian in Eden, NC US. Dr. Jerry Boothe and his staff are very caring and thorough. They genuinely care about the animals they treat. Very very pleased with how they took care of our puppy. Friendly staff, economical prices.
Saved my boys life when no other vet even found the issue after years of it existing. From Florida, to Virginia, to West Virginia, to North Carolina. It took a vet in Eden, North Carolina of all places to actually sit down and figure it out, all at incredibly fair and reasonable prices.
These are animal savers. If they can't save them, they did the absolute best anyone in the field could possibly do and you can sleep well knowing your pets final moments were surrounded by people who care.
10/10, these will be my vets until I ever decide to leave Eden.
