I can not tell you how thrilled we are with the inspections and time Andy took with us to walk us thru the inspections and reports. Purchasing a home 4+ hours away comes with faith and trust and Andy lived up to that. He graciously spent his time going thru the findings and helping us understand the differences in geographic regions means. I highly recommend this business and will keep him on speed dial for future needs. You cant go wrong w him!
I was so impressed with how thorough my home inspection was (they got into tight spaces). Photos of everything and descriptions of damage or concerns and full explanation of why any item raised concerns. Andrew was responsive and patient with my many questions and I would absolutely use Welcome Home again!
