“Aaron did a great job. His posts of dogs playing on Instagram was nice. My dog was worn out from all the activity. Great job bathing him last day! Appreciate the setting“
“Jayne has taken care of our dog for over a year. She is Absolutley wondeful. Takes care of our furr baby like it's her own!!!!!“
“Lucy (my puppy) and Lola (my daughter’s pup) love Countryside for daycare and boarding. Beth does a wonderful job and loves the girls like they were her own! When I pull up the girls know where they are! Daycare allows the girls to get lots of exercise. They also do a great job with grooming! I highly recommend Countryside and give them 10 stars!!“
“No pics but I needed to give this place a review because I have two dogs that I have to board on the regular. Both my dogs hated all the places we have used in the past and I mistakenly thought it was because they didn't like being boarded. They would literally put the brakes on and start whining when I would try to get them in the door anywhere else. I admittedly made fun of "fancy" boarding places in the past but after having happy dogs for drop off and pick up, I am a convert. My bigger dog, Chester LOVES going to RuffHousing because he loves ppl and other dogs, and he gets playtime daily with every stay. Levi, my little grumpy old fella, does not like other dogs and tolerates ppl....even he will happily go in the door at RuffHousing. Something not seen in all of his 15 years! If you have multiple dogs they will allow them to stay together. Staff is helpful and friendly and the facility is clean too. Anyway, it's expensive but I feel better leaving them here and that's worth the extra money to have that peace of mind.“
“My dog Apollo had been very sick for weeks and after 3 visits to our vet we kept getting no answers and no help so we came here. It was such a breath of relief compared to what we had been dealing with. Dr Leon took the time to listen to what had happened to my dog, what were his symptoms, what had the other vet tried to do to treat him, and then he went through what he thought the best course of action would be. He told us from the beginning he suspected it may be cancer and to be wary, but that he would still continue to try everything he could incase that it was something else. We had no trouble getting seen and weren’t being charged $120 emergency fee everytime we needed to be seen or speak to someone like my other vet had been doing. Even when I was just going to pick up medication Dr Leon took time out of his day to come talk to me, see how Apollo was doing and tell me what the plan was if this did or didn’t work. He was very accommodating and worked to try and find a solution to what was happening. Unfortunately it was cancer and there was nothing we could do further to help him, but every one was very kind to us during the process of putting him to rest. I have nothing but kind things to say about this place. They genuinely care about their patients and the people who come here. They listen and we weren’t excessively overcharged and told we needed unnecessary treatment and supplies like my previous vet had been doing.“
