These folks are amazing. No matter who you talk to from the nice lady sam, or any of the drivers. They are all just amazing caring folks. I highly recommend them to anyone I talk to
They responded to me promptly in the middle of the night with courtesy, respect and wisdom. I was very impressed that Mr Wayne Lee himself came out to respond which is a rarity and today's world that the owner shows up and not only overseas what's going on but took it upon himself to climb under the truck and do what was necessary to get me towed in. Him and his team are top notch and had no problems whatsoever with hauling my company's 26 ft straight truck to the mechanic shop and Hope Mills that my company uses. They even went out of their way to dropped me off at my personal vehicle and then proceeded to take the truck to their yard for the night and then in the morning...read full review
Had part of my tail pipe come loose on 95 south and I didn't have the tools to remove the clamps. These guys came out quickly and took great care of me. Mobile service calls are expensive ($150) but probably the norm for this area.
