From the moment you talk on the phone or are greeted by Frankie you feel welcome- Morgan is a great and friendly hygienist- Jamie is a great assistant especially for a patient with dental anxiety and Dr. Parker is the most patient- caring and beautiful addition to care for me and my husband. We love them all!!
By far the best experience I’ve ever had in a dental office. Everyone was so kind, patient and helpful. The dental hygienist was amazing (I wish I could remember her name… I was so nervous at first). She helped me relax and explained everything that she was doing. Dr. Parker was equally amazing. When I left I had a treatment plan that I understood. I’ve always had an irrational anxiety about dentists from my childhood and my teeth are showing it but I have no anxiety about going back to Dr. Parker’s office. I’m so glad that I went!
Dr. Townsend is genuinely one of a kind! Very welcoming dentist and staff! I learned so much while shadowing the hygiene. I'm very grateful for the opportunity and the knowledge I gained.
