Our Rep. Kevin was extremely courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. He walked us through everything so we understood how we would benefit from his company’s service. . We had no idea anything this good existed! I can’t praise this company enough!
Kevin Wilson stopped by and offered to do a free roofing inspection. I said that was fine and while he was looking he was explaining how their company works and the benefits of working with them. When he got down he explained the process of getting the insurance to pay the damage. I agreed to let him call the insurance company to file a claim and 3 days later the insurance company sent an adjuster to look at any damage that might be on the roof. 6 days later I got an email saying I was approved from the insurance company and explaining the value of the roof and how much they would pay to get it fixed. Kevin was very knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions. He walked me through the whole process from contacting the insurance company to starting the roof. He never hesitated to accommodate with my busy schedule.
