My experience with Dr. Williams’ office was outstanding. The entire staff was very knowledgeable and courteous. Dr. Byrd made me feel at ease with thoroughly explaining all of my options that were available to me. I felt like I was their focus. They listened to me and treated me with respect. Recently relocated to the Dunn area and seeking a dentist that provided a full array of services as well as positive feedback from patients. This led me to the office of Dr J Michael Williams and Dr Joshua Byrd. Thus far I've had three visits with two of the visits involving a need for a couple of crowns. I could not be happier with the quality of care and services provided by Dr. Byrd. They have the latest technology as well as a very well-trained, competent and friendly staff. Dr Byrd's care was excellent as is his great personality.

This group of lady’s and Dr Williams have been caring for my family 20 plus years. They are by far the very best dental team around. Dr Williams has done numerous crowns for me and they are nothing but perfect. The hygienist are great and very gentle and thorough! And last there is no better chair side assistant than Renee.
